Sacco System Nordic is hiring!
We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and join the management team. You will drive sales performance, manage customer service, warehousing and logistics, and strengthen Sacco System's presence across the Nordic region.
What you'll do
- Build strong customer relationships and negotiate commercial proposals.
- Define pricing policies and oversee contracts, suppliers, and quality goals.
- Collaborate with Product & Application Specialists to support customers.
Suggest and drive business development and provide regular sales forecasts.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree and solid B2B experience with Key Accounts or distributors.
- Experience with Dairy ingridients is higly considered.
- Experience in handling big Key Accounts and distributors in a B2B environment is highly considered.
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland
